Performs general ledger accounting tasks, a variety of administrative and support services for the Accounting Department including but not limited to communication with customers, vendors and other staff members as well as other duties as assigned.
Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office, able to use a 10 key with the ability to work independently as well as a team member that has strong communication skills. Attention to detail is a must! An accounting degree is preferred but not required, however a minimum of one year administrative accounting duties are a must.
Looking for a recruiter with a transportation background, where the primary purpose would be to recruit, screen, and interview and hire qualified driver applicants. Would be required to maintain driver personnel files, help with driver retention and uphold safety standards and other duties as assigned.
Recruiter would need to have computer skills as potential applicant would need to be able to use Microsoft Office, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment with problem solving skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but high school diploma/GED is required with one year of verifiable recruiting experience in the transporting field.
This dispatcher will coordinate equipment deliveries throughout the East Coast, utilizing internet resources and external brokers in the most efficient and cost effective manner available. The potential applicant will be dedicated and help deliver top notch service to both our brokers and drivers.
Dispatcher will need Microsoft Office skills, be able to analyze and communicate clearly and quickly in a sometimes stressful environment. An associate’s degree or one year equivalent office experience in the transportation field, preferably in the dispatcher field.
